Allbet does not permit or endorse anyone under the age of 18 to open an account or utilise any of the services we provide. We take our responsibility in this matter extremely seriously. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 FOUND TO BE USING THIS SITE WILL HAVE ANY WINNINGS FORFEITED AND MAY ALSO BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE.
To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, allbet is required to verify your identity and make sure that you are of legal gambling age (18+). You will therefore during the registration process be required to enter personal details such as your name, address and date of birth.
We will do our best to automatically verify your details based on the information you submit and the documents you will be required to upload. If, for some reason, we cannot verify your age, you will be asked to provide documents that confirm your identity, age and address. Acceptable identification documents in this regard include, but are not limited to:
- A copy of a valid identification document that bears a photo of yourself, such as a passport or driver's licence; and
- A copy of a recent utility bill confirming your residence, such as an electricity bill, telephone bill etc. (important: the utility bill may not be older than 3 months); and
- A copy of a recent credit card / debit card / bank account statement (note: the account statement must relate to the financial method used when accessing our services and may not be older than 3 months).
If Your details can still not be verified based on these documents, we will ask for additional information and/or documents, until we are able to successfully verify your identity. If we cannot complete the verification process, we will terminate your account.
To make sure our players’ account profile information is always up to date, allbet reserves the right to, from time to time, redo verification checks.
