We currently offer four manual payment methods to facilitate deposits into your allbet player account. They are EFT deposits, e-wallet, cash deposits at participating banks and deposits at our flagship store in Independence Avenue, Windhoek. 

Namibia:

  • EFT Deposits from all registered Namibian banking institutions.
  • E-Wallet Deposits from all registered Namibian banking institutions.
  • Cash Deposit at any of our appointed banks branches.
  • Retail Deposit at any participating retail agent.

South Africa:

  • EFT Deposits to any one of our participating local Banks

ROW (Rest of the World):

  • EFT/Wire Transfer Payments to any one of our participating local banks.
  • EFT/Wire Transfer Payments to our customer foreign currency account.

In the meantime, all you need to do is to pick any of the four payment options and complete the online deposit form. Your deposit will then be allocated to your allbet player account as soon as the funds reflect on our account or have been received by our staff.

Withdrawal policy

For all withdrawal request, you will be paid by the payment method of your choice. Should this not be possible we will contact you to assist in paying your withdrawal by means of another method suitable to you. Withdrawals may be done as a single payment or in increments, which will be determined by the method of payment chosen by yourself.

The allbet policy is to make sure all withdrawal payments happen efficiently and effectively. To ensure your funds are safeguarded, we will request that your identification document has been uploaded and verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal requests.

Please note that time taken for a withdrawal to be processed may vary depending on payment method selected, the time of the day, and may be affected on weekends.

First-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts or any unusual actions detected on your player account will warrant additional security measures. These could include requiring copies of identification documents, proof of residence and any other documentation we deem necessary to ensure that you are the rightful recipient of the funds. This may result in a slight delay. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause, but please bear with us as these steps are put in place to safeguard your money.
